In 1995, M.ROUGER Yvon, an expert in die-stamping (who was working for the Heuliez group at the time), created the company: OTM.
Basically, the company was founded on a tooling maintenance contract for the Heuliez group. Very quickly, the company diversified into designing and producing press tools which represent practically all its business nowadays.
